Deputy Auditor General

Has been appointed as Deputy Auditor General on November 18, 2024.

Previously, served at the Prosecutor General’s Office as the First Deputy Prosecutor General (2020–2024), where he supervised the areas of combating corruption, money laundering, transnational crime, and cyber security.

Within the Prosecutor’s Office, he held various leadership positions: Head of the General Inspection (2015–2019); Chief Prosecutor of Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti districts (2014–2015); Deputy Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara (2013–2014); Deputy Head of the Department for Procedural Supervision of Investigations within the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office (2013); Prosecutor at the Division of the Chief Prosecutor’s Office (2013); Prosecutor at the Department for Procedural Supervision of Investigations within the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office (2012–2013); Prosecutor at the Gurjaani District Prosecutor’s Office (2006–2012); Intern-Prosecutor at the Prosecutor General’s Office (2006).

In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He holds an LLM.

He is fluent in English and Russian.
