Nino Mdinaradze has been working at the State Audit Office since 2011 and is leading the Human Resource Management (HRM) Division.
As head of the Structural Division responsible for HRM, she is actively involved in attracting, retaining and developing highly qualified and professional staff in the State Audit Office.
Under her leadership, a number of important projects have been implemented by the State Audit Office, including the establishment and implementation of an international practice-based staff appraisal mechanism, and an internship program has been launched. Prior to 2017, she also headed the certification and training division at the LEPL Public Audit Institute.
Nino Mdinaradze has been involved in professional development in the projects of the Swedish National Audit Office, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the European Union (Twinning).
Prior to joining the State Audit Office, Nino Mdinaradze worked as a Recruitment Officer at the Bank of Georgia before becoming an Office Manager, Lawyer and Director at various private companies.
Nino Mdinaradze studied at the University of Münster, Germany, where she received a Master's Degree in International Law. Prior to that, she has received a Master's Degree in Law at the Georgian Technical University.
She has also received numerous professional training, including management, strategic planning and project management, with a Master's Degree in International Law.
She speaks English, German and Russian in addition to her native Georgian.
