Ukrainian Auditors participated in the internship program at the State Audit Office. Supported by the GIZ, the internship program is being implemented within the framework of the Cooperation among the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries.
During two weeks, the Ukrainian auditors – Larisa Smaga and Vladimir Shevchenko participated in the working process of Economic Activities Audit Department and Defense, Public Order and Security Audit Department.
Auditors of the State Audit Office presented key information to the Ukrainian counterparts on different directions of audit activities, audit methodology, IT audit and practices of working with the auditees.
Auditor General Irakli Mekvabishvili and Deputy Auditor General Eka Ghazadze also met with the representatives of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine (ACU).
