In order to ensure transparency of the 2017 local self-government pre-election campaign of the elections, the State Audit Office calls all political parties and independent candidates, who wish to ballot in the elections, to timely start the declaration of the charges carried out for elections according to the elections legislation and Auditor General decree - N2915 / 21 of May 5, 2016.
We advise all parties, who wish to participate in the 2017 elections, before the elections will be set by the President, to follow the mandate of the political parties and independent candidates, to register in the State Audit Office in order to achieve maximum transparency standards of political finances and formation of the fair electoral environment.
Consultations are underway for all interested candidates and the Monitoring Service, based on equality principles, is ready to conduct any additional trainings in order to ensure transparency and fair election process in accordance with the applicable Georgian legislation.
