State Audit Office delegation took part in a study visit in German Federal Audit Office (BRH) in Bonn within the framework of the Twinning project. During the visit, participants met with Auditor General and had an opportunity to learn following issues: general management of BRH, HR management, judicial and budgetary service, IT communication and activity of the international relations service.
Within the framework of the visit, BRH representatives held several presentations on the above-mentioned issues and paid special attention to the HR development part. Experience got from the study visit of the Georgian delegation to BRH will give the possibility to the State Audit Office to improve several issues of the HR Management and professional development. Work on the these issues will be continued at the further stage of TWINNING project as well.
