Representative of the State Audit Office participated in the ASOSAI seminar "Improvement of the Audit Process and Innovations" held in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The aim of the international seminar was to share modern approaches to improve current experience and audit process in the field of the "Preparedness of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals of Performance Audit."
Analyst of the State Audit Office Nino Tsintsadze held the presentation of the "Budget Monitor" to the participants of the workshop and shared experience of the State Audit Office in preparedness of the risk-based audit plan.
It should be noted that the innovative approaches of the State Audit Office - the use of web-platform - "Budget Monitor" and risk-index in the audit process has caused great interest. The participants of the seminar expressed their willingness to cooperate with the State Audit Office in the future.
The event was attended by the representatives of 30 Supreme Audit Institutions, as well as experts from the Supreme Audit Institutions of Kuwait and India and European Court of Auditors.
