Today, on February 12, representatives of the State Audit Office held public meeting with stakeholders in Telavi.At the meeting, representatives of the State Audit Office discussed findings of the compliance audit of Sagarejo, Lagodekhi and Gurjaani municipalities and results of the implementation of issued recommendations.
The public meeting was opened by the Auditor General of the State Audit Office Lasha Tordia.Such meetings will facilitate the increase of citizens’ involvement in audit process and improving of communication between the State Audit Office and stakeholders in regard to the budgets of the local self-government bodies.
