The permanent working group reviewing the reports of the State Audit Office discussed the performance audit report on “Prevention and Control of Infection" in the Parliament.
The report outlines the findings that were identified as a result of the audit and the recommendations that auditors provided for improving prevention and control management system of Infections.
Deputy Auditor General, David Gogichaishvili, Head of Social Sector Audit Department, Zaza Shekiladze, and Auditor, Nazi Chaganava presented audit findings and recommendations for the members of the working group.
Representatives of the The Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health supported the recommendations issued by the State Audit Office and presented the Action Plan for the implementation of these recommendations.
