On February 3-6, 2015, experts of the Swedish NAO visited the State Audit Office within the framework of the working meetings. The meetings were held with the Auditor General of the State Audit Office Lasha Tordia as well as with the representatives of the middle management.
Within the meetings, the sides discussed the communication policy, strategy and action plan of the State Audit Office. The importance of the internal and external communication issue was emphasized at the meeting. Swedish NAO experts shared their experience with the Georgian colleagues and held situational workshop for middle and high level management, concerning the improvement of leadership skills.
The delegation was headed by the Deputy Auditor General of the Swedish NAO Mr. Magnus Lindell and the cooperation project manager Mr. Kameran Khudur.
