Today, on December 11, the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and “Open Society – Georgia Foundation” held presentation of the report summarizing situation of Freedom of Information in Georgia during 2010-2015.
Main tendencies and challenges of public information disclosure practice in Georgia in 2010-2015 were discussed at the event. The most transparent and closed public institutions of 2015 as well as of an entire project (2010-2015) were awarded at the event.
It should be noted that the State Audit Office was awarded in two nominations -- ensuring 2015 proactive disclosure of public information and ensuring access to 2015 Public Information in Georgia.
