Today, on October 16, in Parliament there was a hearing of the report of Performance Audit of State Audit Office of Georgia – “Effectiveness of Government Measures for Management of Science”.
Within the scope of the meeting the main findings of Performance Audit of Government Measures for Management of Science was presented, which included the following issues: Government’s Strategic Management of the Fields of Science, Integration of Research and Higher Education Institutions, Funding of Science, also, recommendations provided for the eradication of the gaps based on an analysis of Performance Audit findings.
Representatives of Education, Science and Culture Committee of Georgian Parliament, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and Performance Audit Department of State Audit Office of Georgia attended the hearing.
