Auditor General’s report at the Parliamentary Session 28 June, 2018

Auditor General Irakli Mekvabishvili presented two reports at the spring session of the Parliament of Georgia. He introduced 2017 SAO’s activities report and 207 State Budget Execution Annual Report.

2017 State Budget Execution Report analyzes the 2017 state budget planning and execution issues: the state budget fiscal parameters, the state budget revenues, budget planning process of budgetary organizations, public debt, performance of investment projects, program budgeting, applying of separate programs or sub-programs and others.
2017 SAO’s activities report includes significant achievements of the last year as well as main findings of audit activities, implemented projects and fulfillment of issued recommendations.

At the end of the speech, Auditor General answered the questions of MPs.
