Head of Performance Audit Department, Giorgi Kapanadze held presentation of the audit report on solid waste management at the workshop of thematic research group. The working group was interested in the status of recommendations fulfillment which were issued within the audit.

The thematic group thinks that municipal waste management is one of the most important environmental challenges in Georgia, which is directly linked with the sustainable development of the country.
The hearing was held in Q&A mode.
