International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) Development Initiative (IDI) organized a training about the SAI PMF methodology for audit organizations attended by representatives from SAIs of 15 countries.
State Audit Office of Georgia, which has undergone SAI PMF assessments twice, shared its experience with the training participants on the SAI PMF process and the practical application of the results. The presentation covered the SAI PMF assessments conducted in 2017 and 2022, their results, challenges, and the organization’s strategic plans developed based on these assessments.
The State Audit Office was represented at the training held in Istanbul by Tsotne Karkashadze, the Head of the State Budget and Strategic Analysis Department, and Salome Verulashvili, the Analyst of the Strategic Analysis Division from the same department.
