State Auditors participated in an international training program - performance audit, hosted in Noida (India) at the International Center for Information Systems and Auditing of India (ICISA) of the Supreme Audit Institution of India.
The training program, involved 34 representatives of SAIs from 23 different countries. The training module covered the performance audit process, relevant international standards and guidelines. The participants of the program also studied the use of various data analysis tools.
Meetings were hosted within the framework of cooperation with the International Center for Information Systems and Auditing (ICISA) of the Supreme Audit Institution of India, where the participants got acquainted with the audits conducted by the Indian Audit Office, also computer programs used by them for analytical procedures and data visualization, such as: Tableau, Power BI and KNIME.
Chief Auditor Maka Chikhoria and Auditor Tornike Kapanadze from the SAO’s side participated in the training program of ICISA founded by the SAI of India. At the end of the training the auditors were awarded training certificates.
