Tsotne Karkashadze, the Head of the State Budget and Strategic Analysis Department, presented the findings and recommendations developed by the State Audit Office on the 2023 state budget project at the conference related to the budget.
The conference "2023 Budget Draft: Response to the Country's Challenges and Recommendations" was organized by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), where the results of the research prepared by the non-governmental organization on the 2023 budget draft have been presented.
After the presentation of the research, the meeting continued in a Question and Answer format. The representatives of the State Audit Office answered the questions of the discussion participants primarily about the programme budgeting and sectorization of state enterprises.
