Deputy Auditor General Eka Ghazadze shared experience with the representatives of the Supreme Audit Institutions about SAI PMF assessment carried out at the State Audit Office during the webinar with the support of INTOSAI IDI.
The webinar dedicated to building capacity of SAIs through the SAI PMF to demonstrate the value of the SAI PMF Framework tool to the INTOSAI member SAIs for strengthening their capacities.
SAI Performance Measurement Framework is a methodology developed by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), that aims to evaluate the SAIs audit performance in accordance with international standards of SAIs. The first self-assessment within the framework of the SAI PMF in the State Audit Office was conducted in 2017 with the support of the European Union. To measure the progress and assess the level of development of the organisation, the SAO conducted SAI PMF reassessment this year with the results to be reflected in the next Strategic Development Plan.
