The head of the Audit Department in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara of the State Audit Office (SAO), Kakha Kirtava presented a report on the "Execution of the 2020 Republican Budget of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara" at the plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
The address prepared by the SAO evaluates the results of revenues and expenditures provided by the law regulating budget and analyzes the issues that have an impact on the public financial management process. The presentation also outlines the results of spending and execution of the 2020 republican budget of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
The SAO also presented recommendations at the meeting, the implementation of which will help improve the budget planning / execution process and enhance the functioning of the public sector financial system.
