The State Audit Office presented 10 audit reports at the working meeting of the Parliamentary permanent group on reviewing the audit reports.
The auditors presented the "Audit of Progress in Reforming International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)" to the MPs, as well as the findings and recommendations of 9 performance and compliance audits in various areas.
Participants of the meeting discussed the progress made in the process of fostering IPSAS and the existing challenges, as well as the status of implementation of trecommendations issued on the basis of the audits.
The group discussed the following audits: Compliance Audit of “Sakpatenti”, Performance Audit of Competition Development Promotion, Performance Audit of Ensuring Personal Data Protection, Systemic Compliance Audit of Contract Management, Financial Audit of the LEPL State Fund for Protection and Assistance of (Statutory) Victims of Human Trafficking, Performance Audit of Sports Infrastructure Management, Follow-up Performance Audit of Public Debt Management, Performance Audit of Public Pension Administration Information System, and Follow-up Performance Audit of Public Debt Management Information Systems.
The meeting of the Parliamentary group has been convened for the third time this year due to the epidemic conditions. A total of 21 reports were reviewed in the Parliament in 2020.
