Two new audit reports were discussed at the meeting of the permanent audit group of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Parliament of Georgia reviewing the reports of the State Audit Office (SAO).
Auditors of SAO discussed the findings and recommendations mentioned in “LLC Georgian Post Compliance Audit Report 2017” and “Compliance of Operations with Expenditures and Non-Financial Assets Performed by the LEPL Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University in 2015-2017”. They also answered the questions of the MPs.
Auditees, representatives of LLC Georgian Post and the LEPL Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University presented their opinions on the recommendations issued as a result of the audit and their implementation status. They also answered the MPs' questions.
Deputy Auditor General, Davit Gogichaishvili, representatives of the departments, Tornike Shermadini, Zaza Shekiladze, Mariam Zaalishvili and Nato Zaalishvili represented the SAO at the meeting.
