Delegation of the State Audit Office and Budget and Finance Committee of the Parliament of Georgia has been paying working visit to Germany.
High level meetings in the Bundestag of Germany, Ministry of Finance and Supreme Audit Institution (Bundesrechnungshof) are planned to be held within the framework of the visit. The meeting with the President of the Bundesrechnungshof is also planned to be carried out.
Members of the Georgian delegation will get the information on the cooperation between the Supreme Audit Institution of the Federal Republic and the Parliament as well as on the role of the Bundestag and Bundesrechnungshof in the national anti-corruption system. At the meeting, the parties will touch upon budgetary oversight mechanisms, on the cooperation of Bundesrechnungshof and the Parliament and other significant issues.
The delegation consists of: Deputy Minister of Finance Giorgi Kakauridze and representatives of the Budget and Finance Committee and the State Audit Office of Georgia.
