The SAO presented a report on the execution of the 2023 Budget of the A/R of Abkhazia

According to the assessment of the SAO, considering the recommendations presented in the report will improve the budget planning, and the quality of public finance management.

Nato Zaalishvili, the Head of the Legal Department, participated in IDI’s initiative − LEG SAI development meeting

The SAO has joined the new initiative of the INTOSAI/IDI, focused on strengthening legal units of SAIs. Nato Zaalishvili introduced her colleagues to achievements in legal support in strengthening SAO's independence.

The auditors and representatives of sectoral ministries answered the MPs' questions. The audit objects presented the plan-status of implementation of the recommendations.

A working meeting on the implementation of the audit results and recommendations was held with the municipalities of the Kakheti region

More than 50 representatives from the municipalities of Kvareli, Telavi, Gurjaani, Lagodekhi, Sighnaghi, Sagarejo, Akhmeta, and Dedoplistskaro attended the meeting in Telavi.
